This is a FREE web app to help athletes better understand pacing and perceived effort during various types of training zones. Follow the instructions below to add the web app to your device, to be able to open it just like it's an app! But first, download the web app by opening it in a new browser by clicking the button below. Athletes, pay particular attention to the "How it Feels" tab at the top. Using paces to get a ballpark of training zones is great, but learning to FEEL training efforts opens the door for you to consistent and effectively modify training efforts in all variable conditions.

Open the app using the button or QR code above.

Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

Tap Add in the top right. The icon is now on your home screen.
