Coach Yonley
I have learned a lot as a runner of over 25 years, from my first experience running cross country in high school to finishing a full Ironman and a most recent longest run of 76 miles. I'm passionate about teaching from both personal experiences and the science of running. It's important to continuously study, learn and understand the many nuances of run training. I continue to surround myself with running professionals and coaches at the highest levels to discuss philosophies based in science to best understand the physiology of running and shape individualzed trainig plans for our athletes, from students to adults with busy lives. My top goal is for you to find joy and running while staying injury-free!
